All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at Hair By DinaD are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

We take great pride in the quality of our 100% Raw Unprocessed Virgin Hair Extensions. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment, to ensure it meets our premium standards.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that you have read and understood this policy in full.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

After 24 hours have passed, your order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as it will have entered the fulfillment process.

Hygiene & Safety

For the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, colored, cut, or tampered with in any way.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review each case individually.
